I hate the RE's office

So I had my weekly (because they can't be bothered to check it every three days like everyone else) beta draw today before 7 am.  It's past 3, they close at 4, and I am still waiting, like a forgotten dog by the door, for the call to hear what the number was.

I am beyond LIVID.  I've told them many times that I don't feel confident about this pregnancy, and for the sake of my psychological state (which does affect the baby), I cannot be going through this every beta check.  They have an onsite lab and the tests are back at 8 if not earlier. So why the frick would they just withhold this information and not tell me what is going on.  Not to mention that I work in a cube and I've been glued to my chair all effing day long, waiting for this stupid phone call that clearly no one plans to make, to let me know if I am even still pregnant or not. And calling them myself is not an option, they only have a voicemail service, and from there on it's "we don't give a sh*t and your call is handled in the order it was received".

I am sorry for venting, and if I sound hysterical, it's because I am.  How much more humiliation am I going to have to go through because of IF :-(

Awww I am sorry to hear that   They need to be more sensitive for sure!  Have you told them they stink?  Maybe you could have the blooddraw at another facility and then get the results faster?  I know I have the option of going to a blood draw center or going to my RE's.

My RE thinks I am annoying because when I go at 7 am, they usually get the results sometimes before lunch between 11 and 12.  They call around 1130 to 12, but most times I call them first!  Everytime they draw the blood the nurse says - we'll call you immediately when we get the results...Pish posh, I am an anxious woman darn it!!

Thank you for understanding... I know I am impatient and emotional wreck, but damnit I've been to hell and back trying to get pregnant.  They need to understand that women who go there are not like the general population.

That being said, they just called and I am totally knocked up.  Beta is 12,674, U/S is next Wednesday!
