We're trying for #2. I'm approx 2 days late.

Here's the test I took this morning, tho pee was only held from 3-7am

I've had a couple ppl say they can see that tiny bit of a line at the top, but can't decide if it's white or has pink to it. What do you think?

Don't want to be a Debbie Downer. I had faint lines twice; they never got darker. I went in for blood work and Betas never rose. They both were chemical pregnancies. I hope that yours get darker and it's not the case for you. Good luck.

Lol I had some really light one's with DS too, but never one THIS light. I can't even tell if there's any pink to it.

To me the line looks lighter than the rest of the white area which I've never seen before.  I would retest in a day or two.

I had a very faint bfp in the afternoon of 9dpo, and then the next morning I took another test and couldn't see anything. I took a digi later that afternoon, and it was positive. Then i took another FRER, and it had a faint pink line. The lines got darker over the next week.

If you think you might see a line, maybe try a digi or wait a couple days and try again.

4 hours should be long enough to hold your pee. I never held mine longer than that.

Yep, retest in a few days.  I didnt get a positive until about 5-6 days after my missed period, even with the early results test.

no it isnt a pink line, it's like the line is lighter which i think they may call an evaporation line?

test again soon.

I got a very very faint pink line about 4 days before my period was due (couldn't wait!) then I bought some first response and took one 2 days later and it was definitely a line though still light.

I don't see anything, but test again in a couple days. Try a digital test that says pregnant or not pregnant, then you don't have to worry about the faint lines...

I don't know if my little pic is going to show up, but this is what mine looked like when I had a very faint line. I can't see anything on yours... I see a white line where the positive should be... but that's it.  Like PP said, try again in a couple days.  I hope you are PG!!!

Mine was even lighter than the PP's. H didn't believe there was anything there, but I'd seen enough negatives that I knew that there was.

Yeah, I had a cp a few months ago where I kept getting very faint lines, but they never got darker. With this pregnancy, the line popped up bright and clear. But then again, every pregnancy is different and there are many people who get faint bfp's that end up having healthy babies. Good luck!

I had a very faint line at 10 DPO but it got darker by the time I was technically "late". Maybe you O'd later than you think? I can't say that I see anything in the picture but that could just be the photo. I would doubt that anyone would have been able to see my faint line at 10 DPO if I posted it Good luck!!

To me it looks white?? Never seen that before. The first time I tested it was neg. 2 days later at 3pm I got a sudden urge to test. It was a (+, - ) one. I got a very faint + and then 10 mins later it faded to a - ... around 7 pm I felt the urge to tinkle again so I decided to take the last test I had which was a (pregnant, not pregnant) one... and lo and behold said "pregnant"!!!! I would wait 2 days and try again. The wait is horrible I know!!

i had taken 2 hpt and both had very faint lines 2 days after i was late..i had went to a free preg testing clinic 4 days after missed period and thats when i was told i was    4w4d..then i made an app w the ob and was 5w4d....i kept very good track of my cycles had lots of stress at the time i was suppose to start and just chalked it up to stress makeing me late but after 2 days i took tests..i had 4 tests done saying i was preg 2 home and to in office visits im now 6w5d

I would definatly wait a couple fo days and test again. I tested at 15 DPO and it was super dark. I am glad I waited so long bc then I didn't have to question it. Then later that day  took a digital to confirm.

I see the part where everybody is saying it looks white, but on the right-side edge of that white area, it MIGHT be looking a little pink.  It could just be a strange thing happening with the camera though.  Is that there in person?  I say wait two days and test again.  You just say you are late.  Are you sure of when you ovulated, or are you basing it off of your average cycle length?  If you ovulated later than you think, you will probably get a very positive test in the next couple of days if you are pregnant.  I had a totally negative test at 10 dpo and at 12 dpo it was so pink it knocked me over!

I've seen the white line before on a FRER, and unfortunately for me it was an evaporation line.  FRER's aren't as known for their evap lines, but it does happen.  That doesn't mean in the next few days there wont be a pink line, you'll just have to try and be patient.

As far as a positive story to go along.  I had an extremely faint line on a FRER (lighter than everyone who's posted so far their pics).  I thought for sure it was a C/P, for 3 days it wasn't getting darker, went in to get my beta's tested and it came back at 6.  I again was sure it was a C/P, however 2 days later it was at 9 and 3 days after that it was at 18 and then 44 and 90.  From what I've seen on here faint lines can really go both ways.  GL

Looks like an evap. Sorry. Wait a couple days, or at least all night and try again. I had an insanely light bfp this time. It was so light I didn't even both saying anything to dh because he would have laughed. I only could see it in certain lights so I didn't really believe it. The next day it was there. Then again, I use Wondfo tests and I've found that both times I've gotten a bfp they were more sensitive than FRERs. I was still testing negative on FRERs with BFPs on the cheapies.GL!

I had a really faint line like Tamb's 9dpo test. I really wasn't sure if it was there and DH was sure that I was making the line up.

I didn't want to take anymore of the tests I had at home that morning. I figured if I waited, the line should get darker. So I took one the morning after and it was a little darker. Then I took a digi and it said pregnant.

So, I think you should test again with FMU. And if you still think you see a line, then use a digi.

FWIW, I only see the white line too.

I had faint lines this time around.  It took a long time for them to get darker after the first + at 11 dpo.  I don't know if I was earlier than I thought or what.  My first beta was 64 at 15 dpo.  But, so far so good.  I hope it gets darker!

Mine started off very faint-- SO faint in fact, that DH peed on a test himself to prove to me that it was just "the ink underneath" and that his would look like that, too.  It obviously did not! (I love this, and tell everyone, because he was so in denial that it was real lol)

LOOKS like it COULD be an evap BUT with my last baby my "evap" was actually a faint positive. Could go either way, keep testing! Good luck!

I'm sorry I can't see anything.  FWIW, I've had two faint lines (see Tambcat's pics) both of mine were close to her 10DPO but probably more inbetween 10DPO and 13DPO.  I took mine at 13DPO and 14DPO and by my ticker you can see they both were positive.  After the faint line I took a digital either using the same urine (peed in a cup) or an hour later and both said pregnant.  With DS I had an extra test so I tested the next day at 14DPO and it was still faint like the day before.  With this pregnancy I only took the FRER and the digital FR.  I didn't go out to buy more tests, I called the doctor for a beta instead.

I would wait a few days and retake a digital one.  I tested the week before my period as I had a symptom from my diabetes and was wondering what was going on with my sugars.  I took the early response one and got two lines one was fainter then the other but you could still clearly see it.  The week of my normal period I retook and got two solid lines and then for the picture book where I am documenting my pregnancy I wanted one that said pregnant so I took the week after my period and it was pregnant.  I was about 3 weeks the first time I took it.

It is a little blurry for me. I had faint lines and I ended up taking a digital 2 days later and it said pregnant! try it.

The first test I took was very faint as well...like, you had to tilt it certain ways in certain lights to find it. My DH said that I was just too excited to have a late period & was seeing things. I took a digital the next morning and laid the blatant "positive" reading on his nightstand to read when he woke up.

9 DPO I also had a VERY, VERY faint line that I honestly wasnt sure was there.  I had my husband check and he also saw it and we both agreed it was soooooo light and not to get excited.  I honestly dont see any pink in the picture of yours but I am not sure if you would have seen the pink in mine from 9DPO either.  Every day I tested it got darker and darker! I just got my BFP tonight and my line was super super faint on the internet cheapie. DH couldn't even see it. I retested with a First Response Rapid Result and there was an obvious pink line almost right away. Anyway if you think you see a line, I might retest with a different type of test and see if you get a more obvious result. Good luck!
