has anyone gotten the free Lund's cake?

I'm just wondering how big it is.... I am serving brunch for about 20 and making a cheesecake.  The guy at the bakery said it would be 7 inches, which may be enough for everyone's desserts if it's 2 layers?  Or is it teensy and I should buy another cake?  TIA!

  • I got it a few years back and it looks like a normal sized round double layer cake. We had that with a sheet cake since I used the free one for her to destroy:) But I thought it was decent sized.

  • It is delicious, but I would say it's not big enough for 20 people unless they're having a very, very small portion.  We used the free cake as DD's "smash cake" and ordered a larger one for our guests.

That should be perfect - I'm making a cheesecake (which is what I'll be giving DD to smash anyway since she's obsessed with cheese), but I was thinking we could use the free one for anyone who's not interested in cheesecake.  Thanks!
