Potty Training Issues

So, my DS will be three next month, and he was doing great with the potty training; he was not fully trained yet, but, he did tell us when he had to go and sat on the potty, etc..  Well, our little girl was born two weeks ago, and all the progress we made is now out the window... I totally understand the jealousy issues, so, i guess this post is just more of a vent... because now, we cannot even get DS to go into the bathroom without a fight, forget out sitting on the potty... and believe me, i have tried EVERYTHING.... 

 
Any advice? Thanks for listening... ahhhh... vent over

give it a rest for a while. Wait for his adjustment to the new baby to at least get going a little.

I agree.  Try not to worry too much about it until he has adjusted to his new baby sister.  That is a HUGE change and having to focus on going potty while dealing with that is hard. 

Good Luck.  L was 3 in May and we are just now making some major progress.  He has known when he has to go and will tell us but not all the time.  I just posted about him wearing underwear today for the 1st time to school. 

I would wait a little while until he doesnt seem so jealous about his sister.
