charting for newborns

I've read that it is helpful to have charts for the babies when they come to keep track of which baby eats at what time on what breast, and keep track of diapers, burping, sleeping, etc.  Does anyone have a spreadsheet created or recommend one from a website that we can steal?  :)

Re: charting for newborns

  • I just drew mine out on paper - the left half for one and the right for the other. It had columns for time, minutes breastfeeding and R or L, ounces of formula or breastmilk, and ounces I pumped. We were supplementing and trying to boost my supply. I think I copied the sheet from the lactation consultant. You can get one from your LC or from the nurses in the hospital if you end up in a similar position.
