I think all of your choices are beautiful, and you can't go wrong, but my two favorites are Juliette Lorraine and Emilia Mae.

I think Charlotte Mae or Norah Elizabeth would also sound quite pretty.

lila i love but with elizabeth and lorraine it's too much of an "l" sound. charlotte elizabeth is gorgeous but i swear it's so standard. i see it everywhere. juliette wins for me.
