Help with girl name please!

It's still really early on in my pregnancy, but DH and I already have a girl's name picked out from our first two which were boys. The problem being the middle name, we're torn between:

1.  Aubrey Kate and

2. Aubrey Grace

Kate would sort of be after my mother, whose middle name was Katherine, but we also just love the middle name Grace. Also torn on the spelling of Aubrey whether it should be:

1. Aubrey or 

2. Aubreigh

Just curious, WDYT? Opinions please!
