I think the nice thing about being in a bigger centre like Toronto, is that you will have more options when it comes to delivery. Where I live, you don't have much access to birthing classes, midwives (there are none here), doulas, alternate birthing methods (ie: Bradley methods). You have much more options in Toronto, so that's a big bonus.
