I would skip it... I took my 3 & 7 yr old nephews, and my 10mo old daughter and it was EXACTLY the same as when I was a kid.... it was way too expensive
I recently brought my DD (16 mo.) along with my friends 7 y/o and 3 y/o sons.
My DD was not interested, as expected. The boys were pretty happy - wanted to see the shark(s) and once that was accomplished, that was pretty much it. The starfish pit held attention for about 5 mins. I would say they def. liked it but an hour was about the max. I agree - get the living social deal or library passes to make it worth the $.
