Beta #2 and a question

My first beta was on 9/8 (21 days after my ER) and had a value of 2082.  I just had my second beta done today 11 days later (I was on a cruise last week) and it came back at 34,689.  They scheduled my ultrasound for this Thursday, which is coincidentally is also DH's birthday!

My question is this: Should I be concerned about such a high number? I mean, it is a beta done 31 days after the ER, and when I looked at betabase, it doesn't even go past day 30.  Has anyone had high betas before?

Your beta's not really high, it was just taken really late... after most people are done with betas already.  Your doubling time is 65 hours which is in the 48-72 hour range they look for... and if you looked at betabase there are some people reporting that kind of number as early as 25dpo.  All that to say, you're normal and good luck with your first ultrasound!
