My Dr said my dizziness could be from dehydration and wants me to drink more liquids mostly water. I don't drink enough water because I don't care for just plain water. I'm not a fan of most flavored waters out there because some contain a flavoring or a sugar substitute that taste awful to me. So I'm trying to figure out how to increase my water intake (have to cut back on caffeine so no caffeinated tea) and enjoy my beverage at the same time.
She also said I could be anemic and have to have tests run but increasing my water intake is the 1st and easiest step to tackle.

I like basically any citrus flavor, lime especially. Just keep some slices of stuff handy and add it to regular water. Also, for me, having it ice cold helps.
Ditto on the coconut water. I actually learned from Teri that is it better for dehydration than gatoraide/has more electrolites.
