I haven't, but if you go to collagevideo.com, you can read some honest reviews. What they don't tell you in the infomercial is that the diet you are suppose to be on is 1000 calories a day. So, exercising 20 minutes three times a week isn't what is making the women in the commercial lose weight. Also, from what I've read in the reviews is that the videos go very fast, so some people have to stop, go back, and try it over just to try to keep up with the moves. But, that being said, I've had some firm work outs before and like them and think their overall premise is good--good workouts for beginners who need a little something at home. They're starting to sell some DVDs with just two of the workouts individually and so you could try that to see if you like it without shelling out all the money for all of the work outs.
Oh, and another point I should make. Buy them from collage video or amazon. Don't buy from Firm Direct. You'll just get charged for a bunch of add ons and it will take longer to get it to you. Collage Video also has a bunch of video clips from the work outs.
I have heard negative comments from people that I know that have tried it. After my 3rd baby last summer I had a hard time losing weight and just getting motivated. Recently I started the Insanity challenge through beachbody and LOVE IT!!! I have lost an in on both my thighs and waist in just under a month! They have so many other exciting workouts like chalean Extreme (which I am going to do next) Turbo Fire, Hip Hop abs. I like that the videos are like 30-40 mins long I can do them in my own home and they work. Have you tried google to see what other people thought of the firm?

I bought it and got it today. I did the first video and was sweating like crazy. It moves really fast so it's hard to mimic the moves. I'll probably have to do "week 1" videos for a couple of weeks before moving on.
And I don't plan on doing the meal plan because I am on weight watchers.
I bought this to use along with my Saturday yoga class and we have an elliptical that I will use twice a week. I am just looking for some variety that including weight training & cardio.
