Hi there! I am fairly new to this board. In the past month we have figured out that my DS is allergic to dairy, soy, and gluten. On top of this he has major sensory integration issues and has always been a difficult eater. Now that we know his allergies all of his previous snacks are off limits. I have found plenty of allergy free baked goods like cookies, but my DS always liked crackers. I can't find any that are free of all his allergens; and we are avoiding peanuts and tree nuts until our GI gives us the ok. He is 16.5 months old, so I know he couldn't eat something like Marys Gone Crackers...they need to be softer or less dense:)
I hope someone has a recommendation, TIA!!!
Re: Allergen free crackers...help!!!
My fiance used to eat these. The only ingredient is rice. They come in a few different flavors too. We found them in our regular grocery store.
