Does it ever take you a long time to put LO back to bed at night??

Last night our LO woke at 130 and didnt go back to bed until 5 am!!! I wanted to die i was so tired. My hubby and I took turns with her to stay awake. I think she had some gas not too sure. She is also still waking up 2 times a night- could it still be the wakeful? Geez things have not been the same now for the past 2 weeks- we are going on week 3 today!

  • there are drops for gas Mylicon.  They seem to help my little guy when he is super gassy.

  • yeah- tonight.  usually i bathe, pajama, nurse and pop dd in bed- takes less than 30 min.  tonight, i did all that and she was completely wide awake.  and she didn't want to nurse, and she didn't want to rock, or be held while i was standing up.  i cycled through all my ideas a few times and then after 30 min of trying to get her into her crib i gave up and brought her back into the living room and popped her into her bouncer.  she fell asleep 20 min later and i let her sleep for about another 30.  then i just turned off all the lights and carried her to bed in the dark.  now i can totally hear her starting to stir again as i'm typing.  grrr.  i have no idea.

  • This has been our life for the past 4 weeks! Both of us are exhausted and have no idea what to do - we both work and are total zombies throughout the day. If you find anything that works let me know :) GL
