Luteal phases. Apparently I've O'd a lot on CD 18 or 19. Most of my cycles are 28 days long. Does the LP need to be longer than 10 days, or is that usually normal?
From what I understand, the luteal phase needs to be at least 10 days, but it's not unusual to have a shorter one here and there. It's when you're consistently having LPs that are less than 10 days where you might have a deficiency.

Re: Talk to me about
12-14 days is considered text book normal although 10 days is on the lower end of normal.
My LP is usually 10-11 days on a 30 day cycle.
