Itchy Incision

I had my c-section about 4 months ago. Everything has been fine, no complications with the incision or anything like that. But in the last week or so it has been really itchy. It doesn't look different. I have noticed that it is not as numb as it used to be. 

So is this just the nerves regrowing that is causing it to be so itchy lately? Has anyone else experienced this? Please tell me it will go away again!

the same thing is happening to me only my incision is only a month old bt i asked my doc that delivered my baby and she said its just nerves growing back together she did say it will stop (itching) but some parts may stay numb for good but thats normal too! so no worries girl but if it does get super annoying ask ur doc they could prob tell u sruff thats ok to put on it to maybe help the itching

Mine did that the first time. I just put a lot of lotion on it

I had my c section 10 months ago and the incision area still itches from time to time! Not sure what causes it though.

mine still sometimes itches and it's been over 2 1/2 years

Mine is still itchy occasionally and my c/s was almost 10 months ago. There is not as much numbness as there used to be, but the incision and the skin close to it are still numb (I don't think that ever goes away).
