Server busy..a lot??

Hello all, I am new here, just signed up tonight. I encountered the "Server is Busy" error message a lot while signing up and it's still happening. Someone else mentioned this as well. 

I just wanted to find out if this happens a lot or is it predictable at certain times? Thanks and have a great night!

This happened to me a lot last night for the first time. Must be a ton of people were on at the same time? Who knows!
