Need to vent nttgpr

I went to leave work early this afternoon since dh and I had planned a date night, and I noticed my tire was flat, which happens to be my 3rd nail in a tire in about 1.5 years. Luckily dh was close by and put my spare on, so I could drive to my dad's to get him to put a plug in, and luckily it wasn't one of my new tires I had put on last week, to replace the patched and plugged tires I had.

As I was driving home, my car just felt strange, but I blamed it on the spare. My dad was able to plug the tire with no issue so I gathered up DD and went to head home, it was late at this point, so date night was cancelled. I got about a quarter of a mile from my parents house and my car lost all power. I was able to get it to start again and get it back to their house. My BIL has a tester and figured out it was just a censor, but my stupid car shuts it self off if the check engine light comes on and isn't fixed right away (it had been on, but was waiting for BIL to bring his tester over) So tomorrow, my dad and I have to go pick up DH's car (DH is working) so that we can replace the alternator, since his car died last week, and then go get the stuff to fix both cars.

So my weekend is ruined. And now I have to spend a lot of money. I know it could be worse, but I am exhausted from this day.

It sounds like you've had one of those days where everything that could go wrong, DOES go wrong. Man, what a bummer. I hope that your weekend is much better and things start to turn around for you! Hang in there
