Confused..please help

so i ovulated the last week of Aug, I spotted for like an hour on the 3rd of sept. My period is not due till the 15-16. But i started to spot again on the 12-13 of this month, very light pink brown color. and started a little heavier on the 14th. It was darker and heavier on the 14th and as of today its nothing there. My boobs are killing me and i swear they have gotten huge, my husband even commented on how big they have got..I have never had a period this short in my life.. most of mine are 6-7 and i have never had break through bleeding since i was in highschool.Im confused here..short period or something else? please any info would be so very helpful

Have you taken a pregnancy test?  

I suggest you do and then report back.

This and how do you know when you ovulated?  Do you chart?  Also if you just stopped BCP then your hormones may not be regulated yet, which can cause some wacky cycles.

I will have to do that before work tomorrow, my emotions are all over the place..happy, sad, crying one minute and the next im getting angry at my husband for no real reason. Im like an emotional, energy rollar coaster..up down..i pray that its not just pms and its a BFP!! Thanks for responding

Sounds like PMS to me.

I dont chart,I use the fertility watch. I have been off bc for about 3 years. And all my periods are usually on the 16 or 17th and last about 6-7 days. This period is just weird. not to be to graphic but you know how your period starts out light or dischargy..this one went from spotting to heavy to over in a 72 hour time frame..thank you for responding
