My night at the hospital...long

Ok I work a full-time job and then a part-time job at a CVS, mostly because I have been there forever and love my co-workers and appreciate the extra money

. I went to CVS for my 5 pm shift. I was helping this lady with her pictures, and noticed my other co-worker had a line ( like 7 people) forming at the register. So I got to a break point from picture lady, and was like power walking to open a register. I opened the swingy door and my feet got tangled (sigh). I stumbled like 3 feet before I did a face plant into the very corner edge of a metal shelf. I ended up sitting in the floor. I put my hand up to my face and it was covered in blood, and at the point I just started bawling (in front of all these people). My co-worker called up a pharmacy tech who is a first responder to, and she need I needed stitches. So fiance picks me up takes me to hospital.... co-worker watched the video meantime and said I hit my back against a buggy on way down. Anyways, I had to have 2 stitches right above my lip and two stitches on my top lip. I didn't chip any teeth, but my gum is cut/bruised and the tooth under it hurts like a b*tch. And the nurse told me this horror story about her teeth taking a year to like die and turn brown after a similar accident. So I am stressing about my teeth and baby. They found the heartbeat last night at 154 bpm. But this morning I felt like I was having severe cramps and backpain for like 5 minutes... no bleeding though. I just hope baby is olkay, I don't have another appointment until the 29th. Mostly now I am just sore everywhere! I have scratches and bruises that I cannot even guess at how they got there

Oh my gosh - what an ordeal! I'm glad to hear that there were no "major" injuries. With a fall like that, you could've really gotten seriously hurt! I'll be thinking of you and your peanut and hoping for a speedy recovery! You should probably call your OB to let them know that you fell and about your back pain. They might want to see you sooner just to be safe!

Goodness! I'm glad to hear you came out of that okay and that your injuries weren't worse. Perhaps some of the pain you're feeling are from the fall. Hope you get to feeling better soon!
