I stumbled upon this site the other day - I'm not sure if they are what you're looking for, but they look cute, and are reasonably priced! Plus Handmade!!!!!

I've always liked Orange Diaper Co. I have a couple of her older style fitteds with the lay in soakers and love them.
She has a new design for her soaker now. It's a snap in (similar to TT and GM). I just got some fluffy mail yesterday from ODC and I love them already : )
She usually stocks ready to ship orders every Sunday. Plus there are custom slots readily available. I received mine in under two weeks.
Most, if not all, of the diapers on HC are handmade.
