I follow a bunch of bloggers some of whom are pregnant. Some update once in a while, others do an update every week. So having come out on my blog, I'm now wondering if doing a weekly update is a bit overkill (considering your blog is not solely dedicated to pregnancy). DH thinks that 3 updates is enough: to announce pregnancy, one at 20 weeks to share the gender (if you're finding out) and one when the baby is here. So WDYT, bumpies? Are weekly updates too much? Is once every other month enough?

I personally love reading about other people's pregnancies, so the weekly updates would not bother me if I were a follower of yours. If some of your followers don't feel like reading the weekly updates, they could skim through them or skip over them. I think that at least one update a month would be good though!
Btw, your daughter is so cute and I love her name!

This, depends on what its about. And we may be fine with weekly updated since we're all pregnant gals on here, but not everyone who follows your blog is and not all will find it as interesting as we do. Use your best judgement, plus it also depends on how much you want to share. Personally, I think when there's an actual event to update about sure mention it (just found out the sex, nursery is complete, had the shower, ect.) but a weekly update would probably get a little boring, there isn't that much exciting stuff going on every week (at least there isn't for me!)
Aww, thanks
And I'm mostly talking about "mommy bloggers", who blog about their lives, kids, families, vacations, etc.

I have a weekly blog with belly photos specifically for my pg. I took all my blog posts and the weekly belly photos and made photo books for both my girls to have when they're older. I am doing the same with this pg.
It really just depends what you want the blog for.
Ha, good point!
