I got my bloodwork back - I tested positive for Lupus anticoagulant.  At this point, I have no idea what this means.  It looks like something to do with antiphospholipid antibodies?  Does anyone have any ideas?  (I'll be meeting with RE in the next few days, but I always like to inform myself in the meantime.)

When I went to see a stillbirth specialist, that was one of the things he was going to test me for. He went into it a lot when we saw him, but that was in May 2010 and I cannot remember everything he said.

I had two losses before having my son in December of 2010.  I was tested after my second loss and was told I have APL (the Lupus antibodies) and I also tested positive for Factor V.

I started taking baby aspirin as soon as I got the results back and once I became pregnant I started Lovenox injections daily and stayed taking the baby aspirin. I now have perfect 9 month old! Have hope! I will all work!

I know that's one of the clotting disorders, but beyond that, I'm not sure.  My Rx for my clotting disorders is BA before pregnancy on TTC cycles and Lovenox after conception.  

I'm both happy and sorry for your answer.  It's nice to have something to which you can attach a course of action, but it's always hard finding out what, if anything, is the cause.  Good luck with your RE!
