Hi everyone, this is my first post on this board!  I used to frequent the IF boards but took a break for awhile... We had been trying 7 years+ and doing IF treatment for 2 1/2 years.  We decided to do 1 last med cycle since I just started school (again)... and wouldn't you know it, the last was a charm!  Had the bloodwork done yesterday and they said it looks so good they don't need to test again. Now I just wait to go in for u/s on the 27th.  I am still in shock, I only decided to take the test to make myself feel better about taking migraine meds... I never dreamed I would see a +, since I have seen soooo many -'s.  We have decided to tell our parents this weekend because we just don't think we can keep our mouth shut (has been hard even for a few days!) but not telling anyone else yet.  I have so many emotions right now and it still really hasn't sunk in yet.  Basically I am posting to see if you guys have any tips for keeping the secret.  LoL that has never been one of my strong points...

 

Anyway I look forward to meeting you ladies and hopefully I can stop by here a bit

Congrats!  Its so exciting...No advice on keeping secrets (our entire immediate family and our closest freinds knew within 30 minutes of our beta result )

Thank you!  So far we just have told our parents, and a few of my close friends at work (mainly because they fill my scripts).

 It still hasn't sunk in quite yet, but not sure that telling my dad was the greatest idea yet because he wants to tell the world.  LoL they are first time grandparents.
