faint line on cvs hpt... ??

in Trying to Get Pregnant
so i was supposed to get my period today and it didn't come. so i took a test. and there is a faint line. thoughts??

    Thoughts?  I don't really understand.  What is your question?  If you want to know if your pregnant, I think the pregnancy test told you that.  What would you want us to say?
    My Ovulation Chart Hoping for a shamrock baby....Grandma, I know you are up there looking down on me. March and St Patrick's Day is a very special time for all of us. It would be amazing to find out I was pregnant in March! Please send me all your Irish luck (been trying for 7 months and I need it!) I Love you! XOXOXOXO

    I'm pretty sure the test came with instructions, read them.

    And......a line is a line, you're pregnant, enjoy first tri.

    to clarify, my question is... does this mean i am pregnant? it says if you have a faint line to retest IN A FEW DAYS. ugh! i'm wondering if anyone else has had a faint line on a cvs test and they were pregnant.

    It does not matter if its from CVS or another place...a lot of women get faint lines at first..

    To clarify my answer, what did the directions say about seeing 2 lines? 

    FFS, if the directions say retest in a few days...then follow the directions!

    Ask 1st Tri.

    Oh, & I just googled CVS tests. If it was a blue dye, you may want to retest with a pink dye.

    I am confused as to why it would say test again in a few days.  HPT show if there is HCG in the urine.  If there is, there is a line.  Why tests again in a few days.  You get 2 lines, you are pregnant.

    CVS brand tests are blue dye. Do not trust it. Splurge on a First Response Early Response. I get faint lines on blue dye tests every time I use one. Seriously...every time.

    I wouldn't get excited yet until you take a pink dye test or a digital.
