You poor thing. It makes me thank my lucky stars that my discomfort is all centered in my torso... back pain, abdominal stretching, etc. I haven't had any of the bloat that I see some have to deal with.

Does putting your feet up help?
Yes, it does. That picture is from last night... after I spent an hour standing at a work function in heels. So, I've learned my lesson. No more heels for me!
I think it was aroud that time that my swelling start too. I am wearing compression stockings during the day to help. Last week it got so bad that I am now on modified bed rest until my c-section on 11/3. I am only allowed to work 4 hours in a day. I hope yours gets better!!

My feet are very swollen too. The swelling started 2 weeks ago (at 29 weeks). I try to keep them elevated and sometimes use ice packs at night. The swelling goes down a lot by the morning, but once I'm on my feet again, they blow up. Sneakers seem to help. I hope you find some relief soon.

I feel your pain!
I haven't worn heels in months and months and my feet still look like that (or worse sometimes!) at the end of the day. And I don't stand all day either!
Would it be too rash to just cut my feet right off?!

It's already starting for me...I was advised to get pregnancy tea and do yoga inversions 3x/day for 5 min.
See step 2:

But, keep in mind you need to use a bolster or something under your butt to lift you a bit.
