My husband and I are ready to have a baby and I very much want to be KU and start a family, but there is a tiny part of me that is relieved every month when AF shows.
What is so about that?
The part about being relieved when AF shows.
Do you ever have a moment of TTC panic that, "OMG, I will never sleep/have sex/go out on a date/have time to exercise/take an international vacation/have quiet time with my husband/stop worrying again!"?
Selfish? Yes, completely. But honest? Also yes.
I know where you are coming from. The first time around it took us 2 years to conceive and I would still get that feeling at times even though I wanted it so badly. Even when I got my BFP I had a split second moment of panic before the excitement sunk in. It is totally normal!

Honestly, no. My wanting a baby makes all of those other things ok. I would give them all up in a heartbeat to get KU. But I also know that the sleep deprivation gets better, sexual intercourse will return, as will date night, vacations, and quiet time. And best of all, we get to share all those moments with our new child. Maybe your UO isn't so unpopular.

That is great for you...not everyone feels 100% secure until after they get their BFP. Everyone handles TTC differently.
I get unreasonably angry when I'm in the "10 items or less" line at the grocery store with 3 items in hand, and some jackass is in front of me with like 15-20 items. I've been known to say something in those cases
I also get snippy when I'm doing the self-checkout (because the 10-items line is full of "those people") and someone is holding everything up because they don't know how to work the machine. Scan, pay, go. Its not hard.
FYI, I hate grocery shopping.
I can't stand to grocery shop either! I can say one thing, my husband and I literally count to make sure we don't have more that what we are supposed to when we go to those lines. I think we are the minority in that case.

I am still so jealous of my bff being pregnant right now when I'm not... she has never wanted kids and I just keep thinking, it should be me!
How is this an opinion?
Save this for the confession tomorrow.
OP, not everyone has the desire for children, but as time goes on and circumstances change or even if someone not wanting children but is blessed with a surprise pregnancy, minds can change. It doesn't make her any less deserving. Believe it or not.
Skinny jeans/jeggings don't look good on anyone. No one. Male or female.
I have no interest in anything Vampire related and have never seen/read Twilight
Grey's Anatomy is no longer good and hasn't been for awhile.
Couldn't care less about the Kardashians, anyone from Jersey Shore or any type of real housewife and have no interest in watching people dance or sing...though I do admit I like Tori and Dean and Teen Mom
Confession...I have no idea what a hipster is. I live in Oregon and I lived in Washington state for 15 years. This means one of two things. Either I'm getting really old or I am a hipster. Since I'm not Vegan and my clothes come from Target, I'm guessing this means I'm old

I signed up for a horse shoe tournament at our company picnic simply because first prize is $100 a person. I am putting DH on another team so we get two chances. Haha.

Since the fourth season, I haven't really liked Grey's Anatomy.
:hides under desk:
Me too! I hate when they mess with people when everything is going perfectly well. I just finished season 5. Don't know if I will make it to the end of season seven. This being said, i still love Joss Whedon shows (no one is allowed long term happiness in his shows).
MY UO is that I can't stand Rachel Ray. Her voice grates on my nerves and almost everything she cooks has onions, which I can't tolerate or choke down.

I'm sick of seeing people posting to someone who wants to try shettles that "it's an unpopular thing around here" and that "posting things like that are so unfair to those of us who just want a baby!! ::footstomp::" It also really bugs me when people say "I just want a healthy baby." They need to get down off their high horse, everyone wants a healthy baby FFS.
Seriously people, there is nothing wrong with gender preference and expressing that you have one. I want a little girl, does that mean I won't love a little boy and feel extremely blessed when I finally get pregnant to have any baby at all? No, not at all. I will love any baby I'm blessed with, whether they are boy or girl, or even ::gasp!:: healthy or sick.

I can't stand hipsters. The clothing is cute sometimes, but that snotty attitude and superiority complex because "I only eat organic vegan" and "my clothing is only natural fibers made from pure cotton, and they apologized to the cotton for picking it" just makes me want to scream. DH's brother is getting married in December and it's going to be a giant hipster event, and poor DH has to dress like a hipster since he's a groomsman. Blegh. I'm pretty sure they're going to do plaid shirts for the guys with cardigans.

omg. that is hilarious. I would totally judge those people. Side note, do you watch Happy Endings? They had an episode where one chick was wearing total grandma clothes since it was laundry day and some hipster at the laundromat thought she was just a realllllly great, ironic hipster and they started dating. Hilarious episode.
AHHHH YES!!! DH and I quote that episode all the time. "I'm over it." LOL

The term preggers and prego don't bother me. I do shy away from using them though because it seems to be a no-no on TB.
::shrugs::
ETA - I know the reasoning why it bothers other women...just doesn't seem to get to me.
Ditto.
I haven't seen it done lately, but the old joke where posters would post a picture of pasta sauce anytime anyone used the word "preggo" has always seemed really lame to me.
MY UO is that I can't stand Rachel Ray. Her voice grates on my nerves and almost everything she cooks has onions, which I can't tolerate or choke down.
I agree! She always uses the term "EVOO" WAY too much!!!!

"Preggo" falls into the same category as "hubby". I would never use either one because I would feel stupid saying them. If someone else wants to use them, I don't really care.
Michelle Bachmann's comment about the HPV vaccine giving someone mental retardation (her words) made me yell at the tv. Comments like that are incredibly irresponsible.

This is not a UO, but I am suddenly paranoid that I am one of the "new regs" that people want to go away.
That said, I also don't get the whole Missoni craze, I think purses that are large enough to crawl inside of are fugly, and I secretly have an issue with people that drive Hummers.
And, it makes me cringe a little bit when people are really snarky for no real reason. I am really laid back, so I don't always "get it." Yep, you caught me. I am a little bit P&R.
