I buy the same size as I normally would. If it is number sizes, juniors is usually odd while my regular size is normally even so I would go up to the next number.

I know in their plus women's line, a "1" is like a 1x, 2x, 3x... but I don't know if that's the same in juniors... a 3x in womens would be too big for me. But if jr's is a lot smaller... I dunno. Needs to fit over the belly.
Suppose I could order them all, but then I have to return to store, lol.

I also think that if you have a larger chest (big C or larger), nothing will work for you....at least that is my experience with clothing from Target juniors.
