Flabby Abs Go Away!

What are the best stomache flattening excersices after having a baby?  I heard that normal crunches don't work because it's a completely different muscle area that was stretched out. 

Any ideas? I'm sick of these flabby abs!

  • Do core work on a ball and a lot of cardio that engages your midsection like dancing, swimming, kickboxing, etc. As for the flabby skin, that'll just take some time. GL!

  • I totally hear you. I too am  working on my "flabby abs" not really sure I have any abs... I've been doing alot of pilates and Vinaysa yoga. Its suppose to help target that lower ab/ pelvic floor area... I'm not where I want to be in terms of progress, but hopefully I will be soon. Good Luck!
