Did it go bad?

Ugh. Took about 5oz of pumped breastmilk with me today when I went out. Left it in the cooler on the table, its been 12 hours now (and the ice pack was completely thawed). It is a medela ice pack and I don't know when it thawedd. We keep our house at 71 - if that makes any difference.

The milk doesn't smell or taste bad - but I'm thinking I should still toss it. Right?

Damn it I am kicking myself for not putting it back in the fridge.

Is the milk still cold? If it is should be ok and it's up to you on whether or not to use it. If it's warm I'd toss. It sucks, but better safe than sorry
