Pls recommend your double stroller...

What kind of double stroller do you have?  Price?  Pros/cons about it?

 Thanks ladies!

  • We have the city select.  Love everything about it. Huge basket, tandem, easy to get through crowds.  I have been using with 2 for 1.5 years.  It is about $650 with both seats.

  • I am currently researching.  It's either between the Baby Jogger City Mini Double or the Joovy Scooter X 2.

The only thing is that the Joovy will not take an infant seat.  but I like te amenites you get for the price.

  • I love our Bumbleride Indie Twin.  It is rather large, but it is so nice to have in theme parks, museums, or any place you have to do a lot of walking.  Huge basket, turns/drives like a dream, and easy to clean.  No problems with it - other than it being large.

  • we have the city mini double...and have been using it exclusively since the girls outgrew their infant seats at 7 months....and they still ride in it - the weight limit is 50 lbs/seat....

I love it b/c it is super light weight, turns on a dime, fits through any doorway, so easy to fold and load into the car...comfy seats and giant sunshades...and the seats recline down all the way for napping on the go...

the only con to me is the underneath basket is kind of a pita to get into...but it works fine for us...oh and you have to order the accessories seperately (I would highlu recommend the parent console)

    It was $399 I think...

  • We have a Peg Perrego side by side.  And I don't really like it.  I do love that it's narrow enough to fit through doorways yet, has snack trays, fully recline, and individual sun shades.  The main thing I don't like is how tiny the wheels are.  They are smaller then my single stroller, but don't maneuver very well because it's so much wider.  I think picking one with bigger wheels would work much better.
