For those who did it, did you do it all along during your cycle/before the cycle or just pre/post transfer. My clinic offers pre/post transfer and I was thinking of doing it, if nothing else but to help relax...thoughts on the process would be really helpful.

Re: acupuncture?
According to my clinic it does show improvement in success rates, they had a accupuncturist do post/pre cycle appointments.
According to my accupuncturist (not associated with my clinic) she felt you needed several months for accu. to show any types of improvement.
According to me who did accu until I broke the bank - I didn't see any benefit from it. I did feel relaxed, but it took me several treatments of knowing what it was like to truely relax during it all.
My success happened the one cycle I did not do any accupuncture - I am sure it is a fluke, but goes to show you it is not needed.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

I did acu 2x a week for 5 weeks leading up to ER, after ER, and before and after ET.
I'm a huge believer in acu helping beat the odds.
I did it with IVF #2. I started about 2 weeks (I think?!) before I started injections. I was already on BCP and I stuck with it through my first trimester.
I am starting again for this FET. Not doing it surrounding specific cycle days, just once a week. I may do a session after my transfer. Maybe.
It really does help me relax a ton, not sure if it helped get/keep me KU or not. But it couldn't hurt, right?
Ditto this! I figured why not throw it all at the wall if we're doing IVF. Plus I found I really enjoyed it after the initial "holy cow there are needles in me" realization.
