We're headed to the East Coast in 2 weeks and I'm undecided on taking our stroller with us.
We have one to use while we are there if we need. And we have 90 minute layovers in Detroit (same airline) both directions. Do you think it would be worthwhile to check a stroller at the gate or just stick her in a front facing carrier thing?
Would a regular size or umbrella stroller be easier?
It seems like it would be easier to take one, but DH doesn't think 90 minutes is enough time to get off the plane, wait for the stroller and get to the next plane in time.
She'll be 6 months at the time of the trip, sits well and is going in our laps.
Re: Strollers and air travel.
This exactly.
We don't plan on taking her carseat as we will be able to borrow all that when we get to our destination.
