discarding temps on FF

How often do you discard temps on FF? If I temp 30 minutes early or 30 later should I discard the temp? I don't to manipulate the information too much b/c i think that the information given by FF won't be accurate in it's predictions/indications. What are your thoughts??

I never discard, even if my times are a little off some mornings.  FF is smart enough to figure out the patterns even amongst the deviations.
