How was the weekend?

How was everyone's weekend?
My Saturday was good, Sunday was a teething nightmare.  I did find out I can still wear DS and it is still the one thing that will calm him down when nothing else will.

I got some un-paper towels and food baggies into rotation.

I really have to get going on food bags.  

Our weekend was good too.  I scored some Sorel boots for my 4 year old at a yard sale and I made some breads and another batch of tomato sauce.  We did some laundry and played outside a lot.  It's soon going to get too cold to play outside here so I want to take advantage of the nice weather

Pretty good.  Ran errands/got groceries, picked up free apples from a friend (2 bags full) and had friends over for dinner. They have a daughter who is a year (approx) younger than #1, but is his same size and coloring.  It was a blast watching them play.  Too cute!  

 Sunday was my productive day - steam mopped all the floors, DH vacuumed, made two batches of applesauce (first time ever), did some laundry, gave #2 a bath, cut #1's hair (and did a dayum good job, if I do say so myself), etc.  It was great!  Overall,  a good weekend!

It was fun! My DD and I went to the zoo on Saturday with some friends and their kiddos, and we both had a blast. I packed a lunch for us, but we ran out of water and I couldn't find a water fountain (and it was hot!). So, I bought a water bottle and then I bought sweet potato fries . Fail.

On Sunday, we went to the farmer's market. After that, I made onion soup for my lunches for the week and then DD and I went to the park for almost two hours while DH made dinner.

Great weekend!
