Christine showed me how to work with fondant and set the stage for me to take off. We have done a project or two together.. but I talk to her perhaps every other day. And with every conversation I learn something. She is my inspiration. Recently she was featured on 11alive news in her new kitchen! I am soooo proud of her. BTW.. she teaches classes in caking if anyone is interested...
