BG 4.0 vs BG Elemental

DS doesn't seem to like his BG 4.0 CDs and I am thinking it may be the micro suede.  The reason I think this is he doesn't cry when I put him in his Fuzzibuns or Rumparoos with the fleece inner lining, but he freaks out when I put him in the 4.0s.  I'm not giving up on them entirely, but I wanted to try some other CDs to see how he reacts. 

Those of you that have elementals do you like them as much as the 4.0s?  Any other suggestions on CDs to try to replace the BG 4.0 pockets?

We use a combo of 4.0s and Elementals. We have elementals from when my son was in cloth. That's all we had for him and we loved them. They seem to hold more for us. As far as the 4.0 goes I really like that they keep her feeling dry. If we're going to be outside in the heat or if she's going to be in the Beco shopping with me I put her in a 4.0. I feel like I have to keep up and make sure I super soak my 4.0s about every 2 or 3 weeks to keep any stink off of them. I don't feel like I have to do that as often with my elementals. I attribute that to the natural fibers but I could also be making it all up.

For me it's kind of a toss up. I love the fit of both of them. The Elemental is a bit trimmer than the 4.0. I feel like they're both great diapers. I'd give it a try and see how your little one reacts.
