Drinking Ensure and taking prenatals

in 2nd Trimester
I told my OB that I was having trouble eating breakfast in the morning so she recommended me to drink ensure. My question is, there are so many vitamins in ensure and prenatals. Is it still ok to take my prenatals the same day i drink an ensure?

    Ensure is a meal replacement drink.  I would not take my vitamin at the same time as the Ensure since the body would just expel so much of the vitamins.  Take your prenatal in the evening with your dinner.  Most vitamins absorb best with food anyway.

    I had trouble gaining weight with my last pregnancy and this one too.  I drink an ensure almost everyday.  Don't worry - it's safe.
