Doctoring a sick toddler

DD#2 has been throwing up since late last night.  She so far hasn't been able to hold anything on her tummy.  Sad I feel so bad for her.  She's my little eater so I know it's hard for her not to eat.  

RN said to keep her on fluids for a while and then try to go back to simple foods.  Poor thing.
