Weird question I know: but what do you do if they are sick? Walter was up about 5 times last night either pooping or puking in bed, on the floor, sometimes in the toilet. At 6 he was up for good so I got up with him and we cuddled and watched a movie.
But now I wondering if I should have just stayed up all night? After cleaning him up each time I would try to go back to sleep either in his bed or mine. We hung out in the bathroom for awhile too but that did neither of us any good. I was sitting outside in the hall once cuz he wnted privacy but there was nothing I could do! Did I do the right thing trying to snooze when I could or should I have moved him to the couch sooner and kept us both up?
What kills me is he seems totally fine right now. This is the second time in a week this has happened.

Re: What do you do when your kids are sick?
When M had the flu last year I did the samething, slept with doors open so I could hear, but tried to sleep between when he needed me. The year before that when he and dh had the flu I slept with him in the guest room, with a bowl and towels on the bed, just in case.
Hope you both get some rest today, and that he is feeling better.
This sounds like a good idea. We haven't had this yet but I think I would try to sleep as much as possible too .. you did the right thing
Weird it's happened twice .. food poisoning or something similar maybe?
