For those who are especially sensitive and for those who might just like a warning for 9/11 related stuff, there's a particularly haunting (IMO) post card on Postsecret today. It honestly made me go cold.
I assumed there would be 9/11 related secrets today, but even this one surprised me in its intensity

Nevermind. I think I know which one you are talking about. That image is frightening and has always been the worst part for me when watching coverage of 9/11.

Agreed. And there was nothing worse than watching that live on the actual day. It will stay in my mind forever.

I agree, that footage is the hardest to watch. I remember watching something from that day where they talked about a series of thuds and how it was people hitting the ground. I can't get that out of my mind.
They had the photographer of that picture on fox news about 30 minutes ago. Apparently he took many of what they called "jumper" photos. His name is Richard Drew. Oddly enough, that morning he was working a maternity runway shoot.
It is hard to look at these kinds of pictures. Compared to some of the others I have seen, it is eerie how calm he looks.
