not sure what's going wrong

DD is showing all of the signs of being ready to PT (waking up w/a dry diaper, telling us to change her diaper right after she goes, etc.). But, when we put her on the potty nothing happens. We've done it at all different times of day, and she sits for 15 - 20 minutes. We've tried telling her she'll get a reward for going, but that doesn't seem to help.

Any advice for how we can get her to take the next step?

Try going bare bottom for a couple of days so she can get idea of what the pee urge feels like. Also take her to the potty every 30 mins during that time to "try" I have a lot of tips and what we did on my blog (in siggy). Have patients and she will get it,

Check out the 3 day method it has great suggestions.  We just did the 3 day method over labor day weekend and it totally worked for us. DS is 22 months

My DS did the same thing in the beginning.  We introduced the potty at around 18 months.  It took awhile before he actually used it probably about 6 weeks.  I would just sit him on it whenever I went to the potty.  

Have you tried filling her up with liquids then waiting about 30 mins and sitting her on it.
