Increased head size

Has anyones child been measuring larger with head circumference?  My son has always measured larger (even when I was pregnant).  Although, they said at this point they arent concerned, I am totally freaked out.  Anyone else have this problem?

Don't stress yourself out until they actually say it's a problem. My entire family has 95+ percentile in head size and we're all totally fine and normal! We actually have a funny story of when my sister was born, the doctor was concerned her head was so big and my Mom was like "no no, let me show you my husband" and when my Dad came in...the doctor laughed and was like "Oh, wow". We always joke bigger head = bigger brains!

Haha! Thanks, I will do my best not to worry.  His head size has been big since he was conceived.  They just need to make you worry about something! He is totally on track developmentally. Thanks for the story

This hasn't happened with DD (she has a lil peanut head) but did with DD- pedi even said something and I was freaking out.  It was fine and we never had to have any testing or anything done, he's just a big kid and has the noggin to go along with it!
