Well that was weird. AKA, "How I know I am old"

I am filling out DS's emergency cards for preschool, and multiple times I had to correct what I had written.  I wrote my name on the "student's name" line, and my mom's name on the "mother's name" line.  I started to write my home phone number growing up too.

I have a missing brain and find it a little weird to be on a different line now.  :-)

I did something similar recently - for my name, I put down my maiden name, then for address, I put down where I grew up, as if I was still 18 years old.  I continued with phone number etc... I think this was at a dr's office - I remember having to ask for a new form!  I have no idea where my brain was.

When we go to the pediatrician's office, whch is all too often with three kids - I STILL start to write my name on the "Name" line on the sign in sheet.  I mean I think I've easily been to that office 100 times in the last 4 1/2 years and I still do it.  #numbskull
