c section scar is sore

Is your scar a little sore? Not bad like it hurts all the time, just when I touch it or my pants are a little too tight on it (which they're starting to get!). It's just sore. I'm going to ask my midwife, but I'm assuming it's normal stretching pains. Just curious is anyone else is experiencing this. TIA

Mine gets sore on and off.  It sometimes stings and itches too.  It still looks fine and my MW said there is nothing to worry about

Mine was sore between 6-8 weeks, like it was stretching.  Now it's slightly tender.  I figure it'll be doing a lot of stretching and will probably sore or sensitive throughout this pregnancy.

Yes, it is normal.  You can look into massage techniques that will help heal nerves and make sure the layers attach in the correct way.  It has helped me - even though I hate to touch my scar.
