For those who had their first PP period...

How heavy was it?  I'm on day 6 right now and it's not terribly heavy but much heavier than what I am used to. 

I was just wondering how long it lasted for you.

 

I had a tubal done when I had my c-section but I am debating to go back on the pill just to regulate my cycle.  I was going to talk to my doctor about it next month when I go for my visit but I don't want to jump the gun if this is just because it is my first one since the baby.

my first pp AF was pretty heavy and definitely lasted longer than usual.  About 6 days.  And I started the pill the first day of it so it probably even made it lighter than it would have been.

My first pp period was heavier and longer than normal too. I would say it was even heavier than pp bleeding.

My best friend had a tubal 8 months ago, and she said that after a tubal for most people their periods are heavier and more "crampy" than before!

Mine was very heavy, with a few accidents (which since I first got my period has never happened) however it only lasted about 5 days.

Waiting to see how the 2nd one is...

I've always had heavy periods but they have mellowed out the more I've had. Mention it to your dr and see what he says.
