I am happy for them.  I was a fan way back in the day of Mike Schmidt   I have to admit, I haven't been following them as closely lately as I no longer live close to Philly, but it is very cool to see them in the Series.

I have a funny memory of the Vet - I went with my HS boyfriend and a couple other people to a game and we had seats in the nosebleeds.  Some drunk idiot behind me kept kicking me in the head.  He finally stopped and not long after we heard him say "Hey how far do you think it would be to jump to the field from up here?"  HAHAHA  Go ahead, try it, moron!
