Tightness in chest

in 1st Trimester
Has anyone experienced this? Is this a symptom of indigestion/heartburn? I had whole wheat pasta at dinner and the last time i had it while pregnant i had stomach cramps during the night. I am not having trouble breathing at all just have this tightness/pressure in my chest. I appreciate any thoughts!

    I would wait it out. if it gets worse, call your ob.
