I finally did it!! I have tried for years to kick the terrible habit. I knew before I talked to my husband about TTC, that it was something I had to do. I struggled in the last few months with it and finally gave Wellbutrin another try. I havent had a craving or anything and I couldnt be happier. It feels great to be free of it.

Thanks for the encouragement. Its not an easy journey, but it is definately worth it. This time has been a lot easier than the last few attempts. I think I finally got it through my head that it is just not something I need in my life.

Beautiful baby girl born 11.24.14
After almost 2 years of TTC and fertility treatments we got a surprise BFP in May 2013
Congrats! It's a great feeling isn't it? I had my last cigarette on April 29th. I wasn't a pack a day smoker or anything, more social smoker. But it was still hard because I smoked when I was upset, so anytime I quit and got upset about something, I would go right back to it.
But quitting to TTC definitely makes it easier, for me anyway. Hurting myself is one thing, but knowing I could be hurting my future children is a huge deterrrent to not be tempted. I'm to the point now where being around smokers bothers me, hopefully you'll reach that point soon too. Good luck!
