So I know people ask this question ALL THE TIME, but just looking for more clarification about timing sex with +OPK (I checked the newbie link and didn't see a clear answer for my question). I use CBE digital and I had a - OPK last PM, a + this AM and then it was - again this PM. We did not have sex last night and did tonight. Since the OPK is now -, does that mean my fertile window has passed? Should we have sex tomorrow night, too? Saturday? My temp didn't didn't spike or dip today.
Last month, my first using OPK, I got a + on CD17 and then didn't O until CD 27, so I don't have a ton a trust in them right now. And, since my CM is still creamy, I'm wondering if it might just be a false surge?
Thanks!
Re: Timing with +OPK (sorry for the common question)
People typically O 12-36 hours after they catch their surge. So sex tonight was good timing and sex tomorrow couldn't hurt.
It could be a false surge and if you're concerned keep checking CM and using OPK's until you feel more reassured. And if you want to really confirm O, then I would suggest charting with fertility friend.
ETA: Epic fail on my part, I didn't see your chart link in your siggy.
